On December 3rd, the Town of Arlington and Consigli Construction (AHS construction manager) signed a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) agreement that sets the construction budget for the high school at $234,287,347, roughly $1 million less than the construction cost approved in 2019. In September, Menotomy Preschool moved from AHS and the Hardy Elementary School to their new temporary home at the Parmenter School. The project team has proactively hired a 3rd party pest consultant Modern Pest to manage pest control related to the AHS construction project on both the AHS site and in abutting neighborhoods.
