The AHS Building Committee closed a $24.7 million gap between the Design Development estimate and the approved project budget. This was accomplished through a process called value engineering and included material changes, design modifications, and scope changes.

Phase 4 Site Impacts

Phase 4, the final phase of the Arlington High School Building project, includes construction of two additional synthetic turf multi-sport fields and a Minuteman Bikeway connector. This final phase is anticipated to be completed by September 2025.
