| March 2022 – January 2024 | Phase 2 construction. Partial demolition of old school; construction of central spine, humanities wing, library, cafeteria, learning courtyard, district administration, preschool. |
| Estimated November 2023 – February 2025 | Phase 3 construction. Partial demolition of old school; construction of gymnasium, black box theater, outdoor amphitheater. |
