Next Steps

Following were the significant construction phases of the project. For more background, view the historic timeline or the phased construction diagrams.

November 2020 – February 2022Phase 1 construction of the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) and Performing Arts wings.
March 2022 – January 2024Phase 2 construction. Partial demolition of old school; construction of central spine, humanities wing, library, cafeteria, learning courtyard, district administration, preschool.
November 2023 – February 2025Phase 3 construction. Partial demolition of old school; construction of gymnasium, black box theater, outdoor amphitheater.
February 2025 – October 2025Phase 4 construction. Remaining demolition of old school; construction of additional athletic fields, completion of site work, connector to Minuteman Bikeway.
