Owner’s Project Manager Hired

The Arlington High School Building Committee (AHSBC) has chosen Skanska USA Building, Inc. as the Owner’s Project Manager for the High School building project. The selection of Skanska was recently affirmed by the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA).  Skanska will help the Arlington High School Building Committee select an architect for the project (expected to be completed in October 2017).  In addition, Skanska will provide advice and consultation with respect to design, value engineering, scope of the work, cost estimating, general contractor and subcontractor pre-qualification.  Read the full press release.
