Progress Continues on Building Renovations and Additions

February 20, 2017

The Communications Subcommittee of the Arlington High School Building Committee (AHSBC) has posted an FAQ on the Arlington Public Schools Web site regarding the High School building project.

We are in the Feasibility Phase of the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) process to renovate and/or rebuild Arlington High School. The next step is to work with the town and MSBA to hire an architect. Once the architect is hired, we can begin to collect input from the community. An additional 18-24 months will be required to complete the Feasibility Study and Schematic Design. Our goal is to begin renovation/construction during the 2019-2020 school year.
