Phase 2 Buildings Scheduled to Open to Students in early November
Phase 2 construction of the new high school is nearly complete and includes the Humanities Classroom Wing, Student Center (aka central spine), Library, Cafeteria, Exterior Learning Courtyard, District Offices and Menotomy Preschool.
After careful review of the Phase 2 schedule, the project team determined that the planned turnover date of October 11, 2023 was no longer feasible. At the September 5th AHS Building Committee meeting, the project team informed the Committee that the new turnover date will be October 30, 2023. As previously determined, Menotomy Preschool will be turned over to the district in December 2023 and will open to students in January 2024.
