Under the guidance of the AHS Building Committee, HMFH Architects has been hard at work finalizing all aspects of the design and creating construction documents. The construction documents are comprehensive and ensure that every interior and exterior element of the school is properly built as it was designed.
In the Mass. School Building Authority (MSBA) process, a new cost estimate is performed when 60% of the construction documents have been completed. Consigli, the project’s construction manager, recently completed the 60% Construction Document estimate that showed that the project is on budget.
The next cost estimate is anticipated later this year when 90% of the construction documents are complete.
