With the opening of Phase 3, construction of new high school buildings is completed. Only a short final phase of site work will follow. The new Athletics wing and Black Box Theater opened on February 24. Additional parts of Phase 3 include an outdoor amphitheater, Arlington Community Education offices and LABBB program spaces.

100% of the new building is now complete and only site work remains. Phase 4 is already underway and consists of demolition of the old gym and the Downs building, followed by the construction of two additional multi-use, synthetic turf athletic fields, a new rear access road, parking facilities, and a connection to the Minuteman Bikeway. Finishing landscaping and final paving is also planned. Completion is anticipated by September 2025.
