SUMMARY:Community Forum
DESCRIPTION:The public is invited to learn more about proposed spaces and early preliminary designs for the future renovated/rebuilt High School. \nAHS Principal Matthew Janger and HMFH Architects will discuss proposed spaces within the new school\, highlighting how current and future programming needs will impact the design.   In addition\, early preliminary design options and information about the site selection will be discussed. \n \nThis is the fourth in a series of five public forums.  The final community forum will be held on June 4 and will further discuss design options. \nThe Town of Arlington has been invited into the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) process for the renovation/construction of Arlington High School.  Acceptance to the MSBA program does not guarantee state funding. The MSBA approval process must be completed successfully for the state\, via the MSBA\, to provide significant financial assistance to the project.  Local funding must also be assured through passage of a debt exclusion.
